Hyatt House Frankfurt Eschborn

This hotel has it all. The prices may not be the cheapest, but when you consider a really nice breakfast with unlimited coffee/espresso and tea 24/7 included, free parking (you can also use their lot for a cost but no need to...great and always avail parking right in front of the hotel), free laundry, fitness studio, safe area and unbelievably quiet, super clean and the staff make you feel so welcome, then the price is actually a great deal. Highly recommended. Here are a few more details: -Competent, professional and friendly personnel. -Breakfast Buffet with lots of hot and cold food choices, self-serve espresso drink machine (avail 24 hours), very clean, well organized and fresh. -Really comfortable and large area in the Reception to relax on a sofa or grab a table and work on your laptop. -Very clean rooms, hallways, etc. Really a well maintained hotel. -Free Laundry Room (they sell detergent at the front desk or you can use your own) and Fitness Center. -Free parking in front of the hotel. It is public parking but there are always spots avail. -Location is quiet but yet close to a REWE and a Bakery (2 min by foot), less than 10 min by foot to the S Bahn and lots of other shopping within 5 min by car. -Taxis always avail. 15 min to the airport. -Travelled with my dog and there is a lovely nature area within walking distance. -I stayed in a King Studio with lots of storage space and kitchen with small stovetop, microwave/grill combo and a dishwasher (half the size of a normal one but with some creativity it worked great). Very comfortable bed! I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located 10min walk from the station. The studio room is spacious with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom amenities. The reception staff is friendly. The maintenance staff do an exceptional task of cleaning the room daily. The well equipped gym was a good break to de-stress after work. The breakfast served has an assorted variation of different dishes to choose from. Overall, it is a comfortable and relaxing stay.

As a former tourism industry professional, Hyatt House Eschborn team is the best I've ever met! * Perfectly professional and proactive * Friendly and human caring lovely people * They are the ones who fullfil the house definition of the place; not only the amenities in building. * Even I booked my next year's - 2025 trip to Eurobike; once I was at home and laid my own bed for the first time after 8 days :) See you next year! The property was located just outside of downtown in a very cute and very close to nature town. I loved watching the sunrise which you can do during breakfast and the road in front of the hotel looks out towards a field that has some trees that line the space that catches the sunlight in the most beautiful way. The lobby and hotel were super clean and decorated in a very cozy way. It was clean and calming to look at. The rooms were roomier than anticipated, the bathrooms were also very large for this area and extreme clean! I loved the kitchen that had a stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Made the stay so much easier with two cats. It was so quiet in the rooms and I loved the 24/7 front desk and convenience store with all the snacks. Also who doesn’t love unlimited coffee or hot chocolate!? We will definitely be back here as the staff was super kind and very accommodating.

Breakfast was good, had everything you need. Staff was very communicative and friendly, I didn't have to ask for anything, got all the info I needed. Easy to reach, free parking on the road right in front.
